We hope you love everything you ordered, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. They must be free of damage, alterations, deodorant marks, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Items should be returned in original paper packaging, if possible.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or for store credit.
- Return shipping is free for all exchanges, and for returns where store credit is selected as your method of return payment.
- Returns not for store credit will incur a flat fee of $4.00 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Returns containing products from multiple orders can not be combined.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated, and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Simply send us an email at hello@calamia.com to begin the process. Please include:

- Your order number
- The reason for return or exchange
- What items didn't work for you
- The items you'd like to exchange them for (if applicable)
- Or, your preferred refund method (store credit or original payment method).
- Once your return/exchange request has been approved, you will be emailed a Return Label.

- Download and print the label.
- Adhere it to the exterior of the package.
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping location within 14 days from creating your label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. If there are any issues upon inspection, we will let you know.
Please Note:
- This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- Where returns are processed for store credit, a voucher will be issued once your return order is received, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
- If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at CALA. MIA’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal information, for verification purposes. CALA. MIA’s practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
