Our fit is generally true to size. We recommend checking our Size Guide, which contains measurements and notes to help you find your perfect fit. However, if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Because of the lightweight, high-stretch nature of the fabric, you may fit comfortably in more than one size. Yes! All of our products are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand normal exposure to chlorine, seawater, sweat and UV rays. However, to prolong the lifespan of your garment, it’s recommended to rinse thoroughly with fresh water after a swim or sweat.

We categorize workouts by impact, meaning the literal force of impact (jumping) a type of workout typically includes. This influences how much compression and support the wearer may require to perform their best. Here are some examples:

Light impact: Yoga, Barre, stretching, walking, swimming.

Medium Impact: Pilates, spin, strength training, hiking, cycling, light cardio.

High Impact: Running, mountain biking, HIIT workouts, boxing, CrossFit.

Machine wash cool, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Non-chlorine bleach if needed. Do not iron.

Hand washing and air drying are also encouraged.

For best results, rinse clean after exposure to chlorine, sweat, salt water or sunscreen, and allow to dry thoroughly before storage.

The quick-drying fabric performs well in various conditions. While drying times can vary significantly with high humidity, it should dry much faster than traditional cotton underwear and most swimwear.

Yes! If fit correctly, our shorts should maintain opacity at all times. However, due to the lightweight, high-stretch nature of the fabric, you may fit comfortably in more than one size. We recommend prioritizing your low hip measurement on our size chart, sizing up if you’re between sizes, and choosing a neutral color of underwear. No, cotton is highly absorptive, which makes it a great choice for underwear, but a poor choice for quick-drying swimwear. Our gusset fabric (aka, crotch lining) feels like cotton, but is made from a recycled polyester/spandex blend, with perforation for high breathability.

If you are prone to imbalances from synthetic underwear, these might not be the right choice for daily wear, but are a much more breathable option than traditional swimwear!
